What is Bodyball?

Bodyball is a unique combination of physiotherapy exercises that are specifically designed to focus on the balanced restoration of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and whole body stability and postural control; Embracing this period of growth in womanhood with a newfound confidence and strength. Bodyball is designed and instructed by physiotherapist and mother,  Alison Blake and her team.

We offer courses both online and in-person, catering to women from right after childbirth all the way through to the later years of life. Courses are designed specifically to help you at whatever stage you're in, and personal consultations ensure you stay on track to a reformed and healthy body.
