What is Bodyball?

Bodyball is a unique program of physiotherapy exercises that are specifically designed to focus on the balanced restoration of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles following pregnancy and childbirth and achieve whole body strength stability and postural control.

Embracing this moment in  womanhood  and restoring your confidence and well being.

Bodyball is designed and instructed by physiotherapist and mother,  Alison Blake and her team.

Bodyball classes are available in studio or online commencing at 6 weeks post partum and continuing throughout your childbearing years.
